Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

An appointment (.ics file) received as an email attachment can be added
to the Lightning calendar extension in Thunderbird by dragging it over
the Calendar icon that appears on my Thunderbird 'Mode' toolbar and
clicking "Save and Close" on the 'New Event' dialog that opens
(populated with the details from the .ics file).

This is very convenient however on clicking "Save and Close" after the
dialog has closed, Thunderbird is left with the 'Egg-timer' cursor icon
spinning away indefinitely. The only way to reset the cursor icon is to
close Thunderbird and re-open it.
