Thank you for the hint. I tried "apport-collect 566651", but the command-line ended with

>> IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:
'/home/cece/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials' <<

It seems that I have no rights to read some file in the cache of my home
directory ("cece" is my login name).
