[Bug 564976] [NEW] gui will not load and require's multiple restarts to work

Binary package hint: nspluginwrapper

this happend when i activated my latest video driver for linux (nvidea
grapics driver current version) and will not run special effect's....it
did work for the longest time even with the 64-bit beta version of
10.04. maybe an update conflict?
