Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Unfortunately, we need some more
information before we can begin working on this report. Could you please
answer the following questions?

1. Are you able to run the 'top' command in a terminal when this happens to see what process is taking up the CPU? Is it firefox-bin or a different process?
2. Do you know if this problem happens in any other browsers or if it is unique to Firefox?

Once you answer those questions, we'll have a better idea of what could
be causing this bug.
