Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Can you please describe the
issue you are experiencing in more detail? Do you not have a title bar?
Is there a title bar, but the buttons are not showing up? Are there
close and maximize buttons, just no minimize button? Once you can
clarify the behavior you are experiencing, we can work on trying to
diagnose the cause of this bug.

Also, any steps you can provide for reproducing this bug would be
greatly appreciated.
