[Bug 493530] Re: no application selector when opening an undefined attachement

This happens to me with MP4 attachments (see hopefully relevant part of
the raw email included below.) I only get the option to save the
attachment to disk, but I can't open it from within TB. (This has been
working just fine in TB 2.x.)

In Preferences -> Attachments, there are five pre-defined content types
(DOC, http, PDF, TIFF, XLS), but there doesn't seem to be a way to add
additional types.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
  boundary="=_kow29Sia40SwsAG"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

--=_kow29Sia40SwsAG
Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="FOO.mp4"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="FOO.mp4"
