网络代理的忽略主机列表中设置的IP地址，例如，192.168.0.0/16，在firefox中不起作用。
当在firefox中输入http://192.168.7.125时，仍然会使用代理连接（当然，这连不上）。
使用firefox自己的代理设置忽略主机列表就没问题。

The Ignore List of Network Proxy is not work with firefox, eg. add
192.168.0.0/16 to the Ignore List of Network Proxy, then use firefox to
access http://192.168.7.125, the proxy server also be connected. But,
when use the proxy setting of firefox itself, there is no problem.
