Daniel, Ruben .. that's not what this bug is about.

In the past, there were two links for every dictionary file installed.
You guys are complaining about the fact that there are dictionaries installed that you don't need/want.

But that should be a different bug report and concerns completely different packages. 
This bug is fixed.
