[Bug 427274] [NEW] No way to reply to individual emails of a MIME digest without opening them as an attachment

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Currently, there seems to be no way to reply to any of the individual
emails in a MIME digest. Instead, the reply button should be integrated
into the parsed+formatted message header (when it exists, PGP-signed
messages break this).

Evolution provides a good model: the attached messages are shown as
attachments inline and are collapsible. Each has it's own reply button
(etc) - which makes sense since each one is it's own email.
