[Bug 427265] [NEW] Thunderbird doesn't format PGP-signed MIME digests properly

Binary package hint: thunderbird

In addition to thunderbird's appalling handling of MIME digests, when
any message in the digest is PGP-signed, the whole email is formatted
incorrectly. Instead, the digest should be formatted like any other
digest, and the signed emails should be signed. I've attached a
screenshot of the bad formatting - you can see that the headers are
shown as jumbled text instead of in the normal easy-ish-to-read format.
