[Bug 272380] Re: thunderbird "Get Mail" does not work for all mailboxes

I did some testing with 2.0.0.23 and 3.0b3, and was just about to file
the report upstream. However, it seems that "Get Mail" works for a
particular account when it is selected in the side pane. I expected it
to behave as "Get All Mail", but perhaps this isn't the case?
