[Bug 462532] [NEW] In many cases the function copy/cut/paste do not work

I have Xubuntu 9.04, and in many cases when i copy or cut something
after it cannot to be pasted. For example if i copy or cut file note.txt
after i cannot to paste it in another folder. May be something like
system bug in this part of Xubuntu that is for these functions(e.g.
copy, cut, and paste).
