Yes (2.0.12).

For those claiming that it's not a bug and/or needing more rationale...
You must know that everyone recommends not to acknowledge receipt for spam.
How can you be sure it's spam without looking at the mail body?

Once again, look at good old Eudora for how to do many things
excellently.
