Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

I have 4 accounts added, but the progress bar continues to go even after
all accounts are synced. I disabled all add-ons and this did not
resolve. Running 9.10 beta and Thunderbird 2.0.0.23+build1+nobinonly-
0ubuntu1 with all updates as of this date. The same setup on a 9.04
(thunderbird 2.0.0.23+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.04.1) does not do
this.
