Additionally and what may more disturbing - the switcher/shutdown Icon
locked to my top "pannel" does not function. The only way to shut down
is to do it through the main menu. Likewise all the switching options do
not work either.

This may be some sort of configuration problem rather than a bug???
Still, I wonder about possible solutions that would at least bring the
computer back to the original default settings for Ibex 8.10. Or if at
all possible purge both Ibex and Jaunty and replace with Hardy Heron.

Please advise.
