[Bug 320135] Re: Recently unable to connect to certain web pages

The Error Message I am receiving indicates ESA No Cookie Computer which
prevents me from viewing certain web pages.  Then a second error
message, you must enable pop up blocker to review this web page.  when I
say allow and type in the url of the web page I still cannot access page
