[Bug 246236] Re: alt-enter doesn't work anymore in Ubuntu/Linux

bug persists in Ubuntu 9.10, Karmic Koala. To reproduce: type a URL in
the urlbar, press ALT and ENTER at the same time; expected behaviour is
to open a new tab. For proper behaviour see Firefox 3.5 running on any
Windows machine.
