I believe it's been reopened, but I'm not sure about that because their
bug tracker is a little funky. It's set to "Internal Review", which
probably means that they have some napkin with a note scribbled on it
sitting on the floor of an office somewhere.

Wouldn't the update be included in all releases since Flash is a huge
security vulnerability?
