Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Are you referring to the trash feature in nautilus (the one built into
Ubuntu's desktop) instead of Firefox?

If so, are you able to remove the directories from the ~/.local/share/Trash/files directory, and then recreate the issue?
(To remove run command "rm -rf ~/.local/share/Trash/files/*" -- without quotes)
