Sorry but I reinstallet the computer and don't have any of the old OS left, for that I don't know how install reinstall windwos  witt out that it block grub. :( sorry that I wasted yours time.
Your can remove the this trend :( .
I installed not the beta version of 9.10 amd64 the real offical relese version I some how I don't get this error with same program.
