Ouuuu solved, touch this: new pulseaudio (20):

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-audio-dev/+archive/ppa

Click at "Technical details about this PPA" and install pulseaudio for
update. this works for me - after restart (not just pulse restart).

I still have lots of 5.1 surround problem with pulseaudio, but at least, flash has sound.
I hope HTML5 will kick a.s to flash ASAP.
