[Bug 281348] Re: Firefox only shows default icons in toolbars with tabmixplus and ubufox installed

Hey everyone, nice to know you.

I wanted to report that I have the same bug (on Karmic Koala i386).

To explain it properly:
When I try to customize the icons in the navigation bar, I can only choose from the defaults, even when I have extensions installed that provide me with new options. For example; Tab Mix Plus gives you a button to reopen closed tabs and another to reopen closed windows. Even though the rest of things it does work just fine, I can't see those buttons in the customize menu, just the defaults. And even if I customize it using only the defaults, it goes back to the original arrangement once I close and reopen Firefox.

Disabling Ubuntu Firefox Modifications solved the problem for me, for
all of my extensions. Not only for Tab Mix Plus, but also for Personal
Menu (which loses much of its use without it), Download Helper, Evernote
Web Clipper, Fast Dial, Stylish and Xmarks.
