[Bug 478542] [NEW] Firefox icon gone after upgrade to 9.10

When I upgraded from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10 the Firefox icon disappeared
and was replaced by a gray question mark in the menu and red ring+stroke
with a black background at the panel.

It is still gone.
