After further evaluation, I think this problem has something to do with
the "networking" component in mozilla.

I have been able to repeat the problem in Epiphany (which also uses the
mozilla engine) as well.

I good way to test this is to open up several tabs of Myspace apps
during heavy Server activity. At some point, communication will fail,
Firefox/Epiphany will grey and will not recover...
