Hi!
I found the problem.

The solution is change the file:
/usr/lib/firefox-3.5.4/extensions/langpack-ast at firefox-3.5.ubuntu.com/firefox-3.5-ast.jar/locale/browser/aboutCertError.dtd

The difference is this (diff command): 
varela at varela-laptop:~/Escritoriu$ diff aboutCertError_old.dtd aboutCertError_new.dtd 
0a1,4
> <!ENTITY % brandDTD
>     SYSTEM "chrome://branding/locale/brand.dtd">
>   %brandDTD;
> 
varela at varela-laptop:~/Escritoriu$ 

I attachment the actual file in Ubuntu (aboutCertError_old.dtd) and the fixed file (aboutCertError_new.dtd). Please, update this important problem in our language in Ubuntu.
