[Bug 476616] [NEW] Installing extension updates has confusing options

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

After Firefox extensions receive updates and Firefox is restarted a box
appears to install the updates. There are 2 options - install and
install updates. This is confusing and I frequently click the wrong one
as there is nothing to say which does the required action.
