I have NOT installed flashplugin-nonfree!
I downloaded the 64 bit version from the adobe website and copied it into ~/.mozilla/plugins.

I had no problems with Ubuntu 9.04 with this but now it seems to me the
FF is unstable... - crashed today three times consecutively, no flash
involved!
