[Bug 381999] [NEW] XML Parsing Error

Public bug reported:

I am using Ubuntu 6.06 LTS Dapper Drake with Firefox Version 1.5 dfsg
1.5.0.15.

I tried to update my firefox with apprpriate plugins "Flash Player" in
this case it gave an error. Then I tried to open Help Contents, Report
Broken Website, About Firefox topics in the Help Section and instead of
opening it gave the same error again which is stated below,

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://browser/content/aboutDialog.xul
Line Number 9, Column 1:%brandDTD;

The details of the Process are,
Process ID: 4480 
gnome-terminal
Process Name: firefox-bin 
Process Location: /usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin
