[Bug 381528] [NEW] urlclassifier.updatecachemax pref not working

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

According to the link below I can limit the size of the
urlclassifier3.sqlite file using the urlclassifier.sqlite setting:

I have set the preference urlclassifier.updatecachemax=1048576 but my
urlclassifier3.sqlite is 28MB and growing.  The setting doesn't appear
to have any effect.
