There is never a menu. Right clicking opens the URL every time with 100%
reliability.

when you sometime right click you see a problem." I'm not sure if I
understand you here. The bug which this bug is allegedly a duplicate of
(which, incidentally, affects me frequently) is that right clicking,
instead of opening a menu, picks a random item from that menu without
opening it. Here I don't think there is a menu because the usual
workaround to force the menu to open doesn't work, but if there is one
it must have only one entry because only one thing is ever picked,
namely "open link in new tab".
