I can't access the site, because it is restricted to the US and I'm not
in the US. When I try to get there via an anon proxy I get the message,
to try again later, due to technical difficulties.

Due to your British language pack I suppose, that you are located
outside the US too, am I right? If yes, this might be the problem.
