More than likely this happened either because you double clicked the
launcher, or you closed tbird and restarted it too fast. Please make
sure ps aux | grep thunderbird-bin only shows the grep command, if it
shows something other than grep you need to stop that process. this
should only happen when it is running or restarted too fast.
