It works for me after
apt-get install xulrunner
and appending
-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/lib/xulrunner/xulrunner
to eclipse.ini (echo "-Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath=/usr/lib/xulrunner/xulrunner" >> /path/to/eclipse.ini).
