Have now managed to reproduce following more detailed explanation.
** Summary changed:
- the site not corresponding the page "www.detran.df.gov.br"
+ Site "www.detran.df.gov.br" not opening requested page
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
- the site of www.detran.df.gov.br not open a page that is solicited. the
- construction's page is basead in product of microsoft. they(support fo
- detran) asked me to use ietab. but does not work. i use ubuntu as sitema
- operational.

+ 5. Scroll down to tables that contain "Emitir" buttons
+ 6. Click on one of the "Emitir" buttons
