[Bug 379465] [NEW] Use firefox-notify For Notifications Using Notify-OSD

Currently firefox uses a custom mechanism for notifications.

There is an addon for firefox called firefox-notify that makes firefox
use dbus to subkit notifications. This makes it use libnotify which in
turn makes it use the new notify-osd.

Therefore the ubufox package should either have firefox-notify included
in it, or have it as a dependency (it is in universe in karmic).

I can make a debdiff etc. however I need to discuss this with you
obviously.
