[Bug 378764] [NEW] translation changes not included in language packs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I have tested both the Romanian and Spanish translations for Firefox 3
with Ubuntu Jaunty.

For example looking at the "about:robots" page in Jaunty I can see that
it uses the "packages translation" rather than the translation from
Launchpad .

The Launchpad translation was changed about 1 year ago, and since then
there were many language-packs updates.

To reproduce the bug, please install the Spanish language support in
Jaunty, and in a terminal type:

$ LANG=es_ES firefox

Then access "about:robots" page. Instead of the Launchpad translations
you should see the upstream content.
