[Bug 378455] [NEW] Greyed out letters

Binary package hint: thunderbird

This may be the same bug I reported in Firefox. Certain letters, often W and m become covered by grey horizontal lines. I am beginning to suspect a hardware fault except I have seen a similar bug reported. In this text both v and W are greyed out.
