Step-by-step instructions are in the bug description. But set your
repositories to the Main United States Server and refresh FIRST.

Install Jaunty and latest updates
Open FireFox
Goto YouTube.com
Click Install Missing Plugins
Select Adobe Flash Installer
Click Next
Watch it fail

I would post screenshots, but I installed Flash by downloading directly
from Adobe's website.
