Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When playing a movie with sound (youtube) the browser sometime crashes and closes.
Below is when I run Firefox in terminal

________ at __________-desktop:~$ firefox
!!! [Hook] hook(): title not found
!!! [Hook] hook(): title not found
!!! [Hook] hook(): title not found
firefox: pcm_pulse.c:312: pulse_delay: Assertion `pcm->stream' failed.
Aborted

I noticed that when I play from the site the sound settings are switched
to Digital output now remaining analog as the y should be.
