this seems to be a problem with Firefox, I have had this annoyance in
version 3.0 since installation on Mandriva 2009.

other web browsers without problems.

briefly what happens:
after right click on a mouse standard menu fails to activate, instead other unrelated menus or applicatlions are started; such as Evolution, printer job list, new window in Firefox, bookmarks add-on window to name few.

result:
limited or no use of Firefox

The issue in this bug report has not been fixed for few months as this
was tested after every update of Firefox.
