[Bug 373251] [NEW] the site not corresponding the page "www.detran.df.gov.br"

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

the site of www.detran.df.gov.br not open a page that is solicited. the
construction's page is basead in product of microsoft. they(support fo
detran) asked me to use ietab. but does not work. i use ubuntu as sitema
operational.

try to issue the "licensing" using the data on the page: PLACA: JEE2615
