[Bug 372071] [NEW] Can't change Firefox preferences with Ubuntu 9.04

When I try to change Firefox preferences in Ubuntu 9.04  the window
won't open. I can see it visible at the panel but the window won't open.
Others the browser works just fine, but it looks like it is not able to
activate the window somehow.
