[Bug 352238] [NEW] Application always maximized. Window can't be resized

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Mozilla Firefox for Ubuntu canonical - 1.0
version 3.0.8
At a certain point Firefox maximizes and hides the window frames. This
disables the resizing feature.
ALT+space still show the window menu but move, resize don't work. The
windows can still be minimized and restored using this menu but not
moved or resized.
Rebooting will not fix it. Closing Firefox (saving or not saving the
session settings) or killing the process also not.
The main problem of this bug is that the upper panel can't be accessed
unless Firefox is minimized. This is really annoying :-(.
