[Bug 349970] [NEW] no minimize maximize or exit in ff

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

when i open up fire fox i can not minimize or maximize or exit with
buttons that are usally near the top so i have no choice but to to
ctrl-w or quit in the file menu
