[Bug 349578] [NEW] starts in full screen

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

 Firefox just started opening in something like full screen mode (but
not exactly full screen mode). To be able remove this full screen I have
to go under "view" "full screen" then click on the square minimize
button and minimize Firefox. How do I return to startup in a normal
mode? I can send screenshots if necessary.
