Thanks, John, but this is not a dupe.

Bug #133197 complains about difficulties installing the Gnash plugin. I
only used the Gnash plugin as an example of a different issue, regarding
the apparent installation of plugins when they are not actually
installed.

Please remove the dupe label. Thanks.
