Sounds like it could be the cause for this issue.

First of all,
Tryed to disable bookmark duplicate detector extension,
but no effect changes,
then I tryed to backup my preference,
"~/.mozilla" to "~/.mozilla.bak"

and remove the file "~/.mozilla/firefox/dmv8d4ek.default/places.sqlite"
then restart and
resolve probrem.
