I can confirm this, with the same configuration.

When I start a new Firefox process, the very first click on the
"Bookmarks" menu doesn't open the menu but a dialog box for adding a
bookmark.  After having closed this, the Bookmarks menu works fine.

Not at all critical but annoying.
