I can also confirm this fix for 9 clients that were exhibiting the same
symptoms. I installed ibnspr4-0d via the directions that Jordan posted
on his site. As a admin trying to make the transition 1600 users  to the
current Ubuntu LTS PLEASE - we really need to see this added to the
Hardy repo's so that others can benefit from this fix.
