[Bug 394002] [NEW] "Send file to mail recipient" does not work in 2.0.0.22 (WinXP)

Binary package hint: thunderbird

This is confirmed on two WinXP computers. When you click on "send to...
mail recipient" in the context menu of the file you want to send,
nothing happens.  This worked in 2.0.0.21 (regression?).
